Shipping policy

There will be absolutely NO address changes once an order has been placed. This is for our protection as well as yours. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. 

-If you have entered the wrong address, and your order has NOT been shipped yet: your order will be cancelled and refunded and you will have to order again with the correct address.

-If your order has been shipped with the wrong address: You will be responsible for contacting USPS to change the address. You can also attempt to make a package intercept on the usps website. you will be responsible for the fees charged.

-If USPS is unable to change the address, and they ship it back to me, I will refund and cancel the order at the time the package is delivered, and you will have to place a new order. I will not provide any type of refund until returned package is received. Refund will only include product price. Cost of shipping will NOT be refunded.


-Lost USPS packages will be resolved on a case by case basis. Please email us for help If you have not received your order and it's been over 2 weeks. We are NOT obligated to refund or replace any orders due to USPS losing an order. You will have to file a claim with USPS if something is lost

 

Tumbler Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed please allow the estimated TAT & Processing Time to create your tumbler. This does not include shipping time. Shipping method is either priority shipping, 2-3 days, first class 5-7 business days, or UPS Ground. Shipping method is chosen by the customer.

You will receive tracking info through an AUTOMATED EMAIL once a label has been printed. Please be aware that I only ship out once, MAYBE twice a week, and print shipping labels 2-3 days before actually shipping your package out. This means you’ll receive an email containing shipping & tracking info, BUT you won’t see movement on tracking until they are picked up. I schedule weekly pick-ups that helps my business run smoothly. However USPS will not always make those pick-ups if you have any questions always feel free to email me at info@zalychaecreations.com and include your order number in the subject line. 

If you need your order by a certain date, please select the accurate RUSH ORDER FEE before carting EACH item in your order. It’s not fair to customers for me to rush orders that were placed after theirs, so that is why I charge a fee. Please understand, I am not Amazon, and I am a one woman show. I work very hard to meet deadlines and ensure I produce high quality tumblers on a consistent basis.

MTO: A Made To Order is an order I've made many times before that doesn't require me to design from scratch. Meaning, the design takes me less than a custom order because I've made this product many times already and know what vinyl, glitters, images, and other supplies to use.

Custom: A Custom Order is where YOU ARE THE DESIGNER! It is a one of a kind, made from scratch, just for you! It is an order that I have most likely, not made. This requires more time from me due to research, designing, and figuring out glitter colors, gathering new images, creating decals, editing, among many other steps, etc. 

RTS: Ready to sell items are tumblers and items that I have already made that are ready to be shipped/picked up! A Ready To Ship Tumbler is one that has had all coats of resin applied, and is ready to go. It usually needs to be examined. All that it needs is possibly cleaning and packaging. If you decide to add a name to these tumblers they will NOT be ready to go and will require time for me to sit down, design, create, and apply the decal. This means it will require another coat of resin and will need the proper time to cure; therefore prolonging the processing time. There is only one of each item but can be recreated and ordered under the "custom" collection if you miss out on the chance to purchase the single items in stock.

Other RTS ITEMS: All other ready to sell items are shipped within 1-3 business days.
