Return Policy

At Zalychae Creations we strive to provide the best customer service.

Due to the nature of our products being handmade, Zalychae Creations does not accept cancellations, exchanges, refunds, or returns on any items.

Tumblers have a 30 day warranty after date of delivery. 

Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact us if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON OUR PART. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs if this is the case. Zalychae Creations will then fix item(s) at no charge to you however shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Zalychae Creations will not replace an order that was lost or damaged due to carrier services. You will need to file a claim with the specific carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Buyer is responsible for shipping product(s) back to Zalychae Creations. If this is the case, Zalychae Creations will then fix item at no charge to you.
