Return Policy

At Zalychae Creations we strive to provide the best customer service. Due to the nature of our products being handmade, Zalychae Creations does not accept cancellations, exchanges, refunds, or returns.

Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact us if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON OUR PART. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs if this is the case. Zalychae Creations will then fix item at no charge to you however shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Holiday Return Policy -Refund is STORE CREDIT ONLY. This policy only applies to purchases made from October 15th-December 31st. Items must be received BEFORE January 15th. Items received after January 15th will receive PARTIAL store credit. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. All original tags must be attached. It is recommended buyer ships items back using a tracking number with the shipping carrier and insurance. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will receive a PARTIAL REFUND.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact Zalychae Creations if there is any problem with your item caused by an error on OUR part; if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Buyer is responsible for shipping product(s) back to Zalychae Creations. If this is the case, Zalychae Creations will then fix item at no charge to you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns on sale items, gift cards, drink ware, beauty products, or downloadable software products.
