PROCESSING TIMES

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Processing time is different from shipping, this is solely based on the time needed to complete your order. Shipping time is not included in the processing time. Resin products have to cure a minimum of 3 days before shipping, and every resin product gets 3-4 coats of epoxy. Each coat needing proper curing time. Please be aware that once your package leaves our hands we have no control over any delays or other inquiries with UPS.

Processing times do NOT include weekends or holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend, please know turnaround time starts on the next closest business day. This turnaround time does not include shipping time. 

Ready To Ship (RTS) PRODUCTS

Ships in approximately 1-5 business days, unless personalization is requested, then shipped in approximately 10-14 business days.

Made To Order (MTO) PRODUCTS

1-2 weeks (7-14 business days)

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

2-3 weeks (14-21 business days)

In the event that processing time will take longer you will be contacted via email.

If you need an order rushed, please pay for the rush fee option by selecting the box before carting your item. Please note the rush fee is per item. 

RUSH ORDER

If you need your order by a certain date, please select the accurate RUSH ORDER FEE before carting each item in your order. It’s not fair to customers for us to rush orders that were placed after theirs, that is why a fee is charged. Please understand we wear are a small business and wear multiple hats and work extremely hard to provide you quality products in a timely fashion.

 

SHIPPING

We exclusively use UPS for all deliveries. This ensures reliable and timely shipping of your orders. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep. Please note that shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Once a shipping carrier has received a package, Zalychae Creations will not be held liable for any packages. Zalychae Creations will not replace an order that was lost or damaged due to carrier services. You will need to file a claim with the specific carrier.
